Data controller

This policy explains how we process the personal data you provide to us through the website lujoentorrelodones.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

What data we process

Why we use your data and on what legal basis

To handle your request: sending you the dossier and the information you ask for, answering your questions, arranging visits and, where applicable, managing the reservation or purchase of the property. The legal basis is the performance, at your request, of pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To send you information about other new-build or resale properties marketed by Grupo Réntalo C.B. that may be of interest to you. We will only do so if you tick the corresponding box in the form. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To produce internal statistics on the performance of the website and our campaigns, always in aggregate form. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving our service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not take automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you.

How long we keep your data

We will keep your data for as long as the property is being marketed. If you have consented to receive information about other properties, we will keep it for that purpose until you withdraw your consent. Thereafter, we will keep it blocked only for the periods required by law to address any potential liabilities and, once these have elapsed, we will delete it.

Who we share your data with

We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law.

If you request a visit, make a reservation or proceed with the purchase of the property, your data may be shared with the property developer to the extent necessary to manage that transaction. Otherwise, the developer only receives aggregated statistical information that does not identify you.

To provide our service we rely on providers that process data on our behalf, such as web hosting and email, provided by Nominalia. These providers act as data processors, with the safeguards required by the GDPR. No transfer of your data outside the European Economic Area is planned.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to estamos@gruporentalo.es or by post to the address above, stating the right you wish to exercise.

If you consider that we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): https://www.aepd.es

Accuracy of data

You guarantee that the data you provide is accurate and undertake to inform us of any changes. The fields marked as mandatory in the form are necessary to handle your request.

Minors

This website is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly process their data.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
